Clarity is the foundation for a successful long-term relationship. Given the unique nature of our business, we do not impose additional restrictions outside of the standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon acceptance of our terms and conditions.

We strive to use only distinctive and copyright-compliant materials in our projects. However, we cannot assume responsibility for any materials that you provide and insist on using in your project. It is your responsibility to ensure that all materials are compliant prior to handing them over to us.

Our quotations typically outline all charges based on the defined project scope. This quotation serves as the final financial document until you choose to modify or remove any elements of the project scope, features, or functionality.

If we design and develop your website, web application, or mobile application, all design rights—including visual graphics, logos, scripts, code, etc.—will remain with us until full payment is received and the necessary documentation is transferred to you.

Upon project initiation, we provide direct access to our project management software, allowing you to collaborate with our development team and receive regular updates on progress.

During the development process, we expect you to provide all necessary support and materials as promptly as possible. Delays in receiving content, images, project-related data, and timely feedback on each development milestone may result in extensions to the defined timeline.
